Is Wicca recognised as a religion by US law?

YES IT IS RECONIZED BY LAW. YOU CAN LOOK UP SOME INFO UNDER THE PAGAN FEDERATION OF CANADA AND USA. WE ARE ALSO PROTECTED WITH THIS LAW AGAISNT DISCRIMINATION. HOPE THIS HELPS

my daughter wants to study wicca but her father and grandparents say it is evil which i do not agree.... going thru custody battle over her (she is 14) he is threating to use her studies in court against me was just wondering if it is a reconized religion in the eyes of kentucky courts......thanks

If it is not recognized than it should be. It is recognized in the armed forces and protected by the first amendment of the constitution. "Congress shall make no law... etc."
