To find your birth number, you add the numbers of your birthdate together. Let
me give you an example.
My birthdate is 7-20-1970
7 + 2 + 0 + 1 + 9 + 7 + 0 = 26
You add the numbers together until you get a single digit.
Which makes my birth number an 8.

Magickal Names
Now that you know what your birth number is, let's see if your magickal name adds up to the same value as your birth number. When you enter the Craft, you take on a new name so it will equal your birth number and be in perfect balance.

You must keep adding until you get a single digit so 9+8 = 17 then 1+7=8
My magickal name and birth number are a match. If your magickal name doesn't equal to your birth number, try different spellings of your name or try adding another name to make the value equal your birth number. For example: Fire can be spelled Fyre, or Moon can be Moone. Play around with the name until you find something that works.
Remember: Your name should also reflect your journey.
