I always dream about getting chased by someone or something. The dream seems to last for a long time. Everywhere I turn this someone appears. I'm also with someone that I don't know and we are both getting chased.
These could be issues that persue you that perhaps you have a hard time facing and would rather not or perhaps the pace of life having you under pressure. I rather think the dreams address these *two* types of issues. Sometimes it can be hard to see what exactly we avoid in our lives because they are SOOO busy. I suggest taking some time for introspection, go for a walk in a nice place and perhaps even being to empty out your head by journaling your thoughts (good way to dump out stuff so one can begin to sort things out slowly). I think then you can begin to "stop" the chase and slow down and address issues that have you on the run. The other person could be another aspect of the self or represent as i said before, the pace in life that keeps us all from smelling the roses or avoiding issues. You do need also to take time to unwind or relax. To do this here are some ideas, a bath with lavender oil dropped in (NOT too much, it is very strong as you may know) or chamomille tea bags thrown in are good for the skin and highly effective, light a candle when you are watching tv and shut off all the lights or better yet, light a
candle and *shut off the tv* as long as you will not fall asleep with it burning..don't want a fire hazard. I light one candle after the kids are in bed and the hubby and i are watching tv, it relaxes us both ..try doing perhaps more things like this to start to unwind and then your conscious may loosen up a bit and either issues you are repressing may slowly present themselves more clearly in dreatime or conscious thought or you may then begin to relax enough and these dreams diminish.
